Yes wisdom teeth will change your face IF you have never mewed or dont mew and dont chew, swallow and keep good posture. Details if you want em: Got braces 4 months ago, face looked fine for 2ish days, then cheeks began rapidly sinking in (so it's not just braces pushing my mouth into a weird shape that'll vanish the second I take em off). Braces will make your lower jaw narrower. Orthodontists don't really think about the face of even airway. Her jaw looked so much better and overall she looked healthier/ better. Now I have one metal wire on the inner side of my front teeth on each jaw and plastic, transparent retainer which must be used for 14 hours a day.
